Privacy notice
This notice explains how Health Personal Best handles personal data, in line with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
Health Personal Best (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of H5Health Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 10706231). For any question or request about your privacy or personal data, contact us at hello@healthpb.co.uk.
The personal data we collect
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, the organisation you work for and whatever you choose to tell us. This website has no forms.
- Client records. If your organisation works with us, we keep the business contact details of the people we deal with, along with contract and invoicing records.
- Technical data. When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own site, so opening a page sends nothing to third parties other than our hosting provider.
How and why we use your data (lawful basis)
- To reply to enquiries and arrange calls — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To deliver programmes for client organisations and manage the contract — lawful basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligations (for example, keeping accounting records).
- To operate, secure and maintain the website — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe, functioning site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers (“processors”) who act on our instructions:
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Gandi — email.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) as required by law. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months if they do not lead to work together, then delete them. We keep client contact details for the length of the contract and contract and invoicing records for six years afterwards, as required for tax and accounting. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@healthpb.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve any concern first.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
